Concentric Segment Rosettes

Documented mechanism: Figure eight came from a separate FORTRAN program that drew polygon segments inside concentric circles.
Interpretation: Radius spacing, polygon counts, phase drift, segment selection, and constants were not printed. The source preset makes each choice explicit.
Supermega: Direct deterministic phase and dropout controls, a labeled multi-center extension, URL replay, and canonical 1600 × 1000 export.
