Tangent Polygon Trails

Documented mechanism: The paper describes partial polygons inscribed in a chain of randomly chosen tangent circles, with short translated repeats.
Interpretation: Tangency type, radius distribution, parent choice, angle, phase, and segment order were not printed. Every such choice is named here.
